Charge:
Each Unit will be visited including those on campus to define the pluses and minuses for everything related to grounds and roads maintenance, compliance with safety audits, building and equipment maintenance, which includes painting, and examining service records and any other issues that affect our appearance. At the completion of each site visit, the committee will update the superintendent or manger on their findings and recommendations, with follow-up visits planned for six months and one year after the initial visit.
